How it works

From a job category to an erased case, in four steps.

  1. 01

    Pick the checks a role needs

    Build a check matrix per job category: identity, employment, education, court records, address, credit. Matrices are versioned, so you can see which rules applied to any case.

  2. 02

    The candidate consents on their own phone

    The consent link goes to the candidate's phone or email, never to the employer. The notice lists each check, the data it uses and why, in Hindi or English. A one-time code confirms it.

  3. 03

    Partner providers run the checks

    Pramanit dispatches each check to a verification partner through an adapter and tracks it against a turnaround target. Previous employers confirm employment through their own link.

  4. 04

    Your reviewers decide, then the data is erased

    Discrepancies go to a review queue. The report carries a QR code anyone can verify. Every case has a retention date, and the candidate is warned 48 hours before erasure.

Itemised consent

A standalone notice per case lists each check, the data it uses and why, with a withdrawal link. Candidates under 18 are refused.

72-hour breach clock

Incidents are tracked against the Data Protection Board's reporting window. Affected candidates are notified without delay.

Erasure on schedule

Every case gets a retention date. The audit log masks personal data, so it can outlive the erasure.

Held in India

Data stays in the India region, with a separate encryption key per tenant. The employer is the Data Fiduciary and Pramanit its Data Processor.

Employers

For teams hiring 5 to 300 people a month. Set a matrix per role once, then open a case per hire or upload a batch. Checks run under a daily spending limit until Pramanit has verified your business.

Staffing and IT-services firms
